On-Time Performance Service Awards

Each year, FlightStats recognizes airlines and airports around the world that demonstrate leadership in operational excellence. To determine the winners, FlightStats examines flight status arrival and departure data aggregated from global sources including civil aviation authorities, airlines, airports and major online reservation systems.

  • Airport performance is determined based on on-time departures (departed from the gate less than 15 minutes after the published scheduled departure time)

  • Airline performance is determined based on on-time arrivals (arrived at the gate less than 15 minutes after the published scheduled arrival time)

FlightStats is pleased to be able to help call attention to those airlines and airrports that stand above the rest.
